Munthe plus Simonsen

Words by Didder Rønlund

Naja Munthe was back on track; Boho hippies never leave it, because it is youthful and fun to be there. But it does not prevent either mothers or grandmothers to shop at the store in Grønnegade. A rock-solid fact, which has given Munthe tailwind and flowy skirts. Crisis or not.
And again, the style was delivered with lively appetite for bold leather biker jackets with mini skirts, fringe boots and tight leather shorts, because there was full-year appeal in large parts of the M plus S collection, and people loved it.
A Tibetan lamb fur coat was mood bombed by stripes in fun colours with a sprinkle of gold and glamour, but Naja had neither forgotten silk or chiffon for dressing up, and here sequins and embroidery had free rein over black and navy, without any age limit.
De luxe - well, it was.
And a pleasure as well during the whole "performance", which of course took place at a breathtaking pace.
