Jean//phillip is a fashion brand based in Copenhagen and founded by the designer Jean-phillip in 2007. The main focus of the brand is menswear but each collection also incorporates a few styles for
girls.
The signature of Jean//phillip is edgy and minimalistic with a slim cut, creating a subtly androgynous feeling to both the men's and women's wear. Classic tailoring, couture-like workmanship and
attention to details are also a trademark of the designer and his work.
The colour palette is kept clean and monocrome while the focus is on the details, silhouette and materials. Colours like white, black and grey are constrasted by shiny fabrics and leather, while
the silhouette shows a new and fresh take on simplistic menswear using lace effects for traditional styles.
Jean//phillip's work aspire to cross the borders between the feminine and the masculine, fusing the two and creating collections wearable by both genders.
