Bruuns Bazaar
Words by Didder Rønlund
If there is one collection that I always look forward to with all my curiosity, it is the one with Teis & Bjørn's Bazaar clothes m/w. This time, not because I had any doubt that stringent style
would be dominating the entire production. I was curious as to whether their creative director, Rebekka Bay, scored any goals.
She did. Again and again.
Rebecca hit the spot with plain-simple design in everything - pants, skirts, jackets, coats and blouses, which gave the collection a flashback to the 60's. A simplified version with an edge.
When viewed as a whole, there was not one seem, in the wide range of usable clothing, which did not compliment the timeless good taste, such as the little black dress, knee-length and chic over
narrow, tattered black trousers. Neat with heels thin as needles or a powder-coloured jacket over burgundy trousers.
After the ladies, Bruuns Bazaar men followed suit in suits, sporty jackets and fewer ties, which brought the men up to date with the requirements of the discerning, for next season's fashion. That
is how it is done!
