Tell us a little about your professional background;
Kine B. Hartz is Editor-in-Chief of COSTUME, Norway´s biggest fashion magazine. Before she joined COSTUME she was Deputy Editor at ELLE Norway, Fashion Features Editor at ELLE Norway and Fashion Editor at Dagbladet´s weekly magazine ‘Magasinet’. She has also worked as Communication Advisor at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington D.C. and given a series of guest lectures on fashion at George Washington University in the USA.
When assessing show brand for Copenhagen Fashion Week, what is your primary focus?
“When assessing the different applicants I focused on the quality of design, the brand´s vision and potential as well as their current position in the Scandinavian market.”
