Description
VISION - DEFINING NORDIC ATTITUDE SINCE 1998.

VISION is an international trade show for the middle to high-end segment of mainly Nordic fashion brands. The biannual fashion fair takes place at the beautiful Copenhagen venue: Øksnehallen in the buzzing heart of the Meatpacking District - a cherished venue known as the symbol of Fashion Week in Copenhagen.

 Each season buyers and press from around the globe are visiting VISION to discover, network, do business and place orders. VISION is devoted to providing our exhibitors and buyers with exceptional conditions and to push the inspirational environment from season-to-season, just like our clients do, to stay ahead.

At VISION strong statements and brand identities are applauded and enfolded into a stringently showcase of consistent curatorial standards. VISION covers more than 400 brands of women’s wear, active wear, shoes, leather & fur collections, handbags, jewelry and accessories.

Up-and-coming brands, new talents and student visions are united at Vision to show their perspectives on the fashion future. Vision invests hard work, time and effort in the much-heartfelt mission: Introducing and promoting new talents. Thus Vision has created the platformDesigners’ Nest Show & Award a design talent display so strong, it has grown popular to the world’s biggest fashion houses, studios and stylists not to mention celebrities.

History

In 1998 Jan Carlsen founded CPH VISION. At a time where fashion trade shows was considered to be a practical affair where established brands could line up to meet their clients to reduce travelling, Jan Carlsen had a vision. 

A vision to mark Copenhagen on the global fashion chart 

A vision to build a platform helping talented sprouts propel 

A vision to emphasize and visualize the creative Nordic DNA 

A vision to be the melting pot of Nordic premium brands 

A vision of creating a notorious trade show where brands are established and business emerged. 

A devoted desire for fashion and driven ambitions for Copenhagen became the foundation of VISION.
